DIE Attach Film Lamination
Developed based on our well proof lamination technology, the Leonardo 200LD - Laminator and Mylar removal system – is the first laminator equipment that has been qualified by a leading supplier of die attach conductive tape material.
Metal Dry Lift Off
Metal Dry Lift Off process is a new method to lift off metal with adhesive tape from wafer.
Our Lift Off System on the market allows the customer to choose a solvent free process and won’t destroy metal layer to reach photoresist stage. It is also an easier and more environmental friendly method to recycle precious metal waste.
UV Curing System
A fully automated system to erase memories on wafer, integrated with a fully servo controlled robot and arm lift. The highly flexible control system allows to change wafer size up to 12” with no hardware operations.
It contains high efficiency UV lamp with level measuring system and exposure time compensation; easily accessible for fast maintenance.
